Delivery Within Ukraine

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out using "Nova Poshta" or "UkrPoshta":

  • To the nearest "Nova Poshta" branch;
  • By courier to the address provided by you.

IMPORTANT:

  • You can pay for your order with a cash-on-delivery option with a prepayment of 200 UAH to a card.
  • Shipping is insured for the full value of the goods.
  • The delivery cost is paid by the customer according to the rates and conditions of the courier service, which can be found on their website.
  • Delivery times are individual and depend on the recipient's location, as well as the courier service's schedule.

International Delivery

We also offer international delivery using courier services.

  • NovaPoshtaGlobal - delivery to the USA - 2 kg - $37.77
  • UPS - delivery to Germany - 2 kg - $36.20

  • The cost is calculated individually and depends on the weight and volume of the goods, as well as the destination country and urgency of the delivery.

Return Policy

According to the Ukrainian Law "On Consumer Rights Protection," the product can be returned within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the goods. If the purchased item doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, please contact us to discuss the details of replacement or return over the phone. We will refund the purchase amount or exchange it for another product, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Preservation of packaging, labels, and factory markings;
  • Availability of the purchase receipt for the ordered item.
